We are delighted to offer this extremely special 1997 Volkswagen Golf VR6 3 Door.

Presented in quite possibly the best colour, Dragon Green with Beige Leather.

This VR6 is a truly special car, the specification, ownership history and condition we cannot imagine theres many in existence like this example.

A rather interesting specification, basically a highline spec, Metallic Paintwork, Climate control, Full Leather, Raised Rear Brake Light, Contoured Mudflaps, Logic 800 Alarm. Aswell as many dealer fitted extras, 10 Disc CD Changer (SONY CDX 91), First Aid Kit and Red Triangle.

From date of registration everything has been kept, the new vehicle order form (hand written VW invoice + the printed VW Peter Cooper order form, the handover form, original key rings, original paper VW logo that would have been in the car upon handover, original tax disc holder and window stickers amongst the paperwork.

We even have photos of the car at the dealership before it's PDI had been completed!

24 Service invoices total, yes 24! 16 Volkswagen main dealer services, last VW service completed at Volkswagen Eastbourne on 30/04/2019. The last service was completed on 23/08/2021.

This truly is the most impressive history file we have ever seen, aswell as the 24 service invoices we have the MOT's, previous logbook v5 documents, other paperwork for non scheduled service work being completed at Volkswagen.

In the history file we have a couple of stories written about the ownership history of the car. This helps build a full picture of how the car is in still in showroom condition and the reason behind the original purchase. The Golf was purchased from its first owner on 18th April 2015 described as a 'Perfectionist', even noting he made passengers wash their hands before getting in the car! Due to the original owner no longer using the car and it being a third car they decided to sell the car. They wanted it to go to a very caring owner, which it clearly did.

Seeing this car in person is certainly a must, the condition has to be seen to be believed. The car has also just undergone a full detail and is looking better than new. It also was ceramic coated during this detail.
